These are recipes that I find on the web or magazines that I would like to try sometime in the near future. If you have tried them, let me know how you liked them.

Roman Style Chicken

Chicken Bruschetta

Parmesan Stuffed Chicken

Rice Cooker Jambalaya

4 cups of rice
4 chicken breast
1 lb sausage
2 cans French Onion Soup
2 cans Beef Consumme
1 stick of margarine
Spices to taste (we use Tony's creole Seasoning liberally)

Slice sausage and chicken and brown each. Wash rice in cooker and drain. Add the soups to the rice in rice cooker, add meats and spices. Top with pats of margarine. Press the cook button and let cook. Should be ready in about 30 minutes.

Classic Carrot Layer Cake

Snowmen Cookies
1 package 16oz Nutter Butter cookies
1 1/4lb white candy coating, melted
Miniature chocolate chips
M&Ms miniature baking bits
Pretzel sticks, halved
Orange and red deocrating gel or frosting
  Using tongs, dip cookies in candy coating; shake off excess. Place on waxed paper. Place two chocolate chips on one end of cookies for eyes. Place baking bits down the middle of the cookie for buttons. For arms, dip the ends of two pretzel stick halves into coating; attach one to each side. Let stand until hardened. Pipe the nose and scarf with gel or frosting.
