Don't Panic More Dinner's in the Freezer - A Second Helping There are some good recipes in here such as Maui Chicken, but not quite as many that we liked as the first one.
I've really liked the American Test Kitchen Cookbooks as well. Although not ideally suited for those that have limited time on their hands to cook, but aimed more towards those that want to learn about cooking. Fortunately our library has these so I can check these out frequently. My favorites are the Family Baking, Side dishes, and the make ahead recipes.
