Key Lime Pie

Make/Buy a graham cracker crust.

Filling
4 egg yolks,
2 cans sweetened condensed milk,
1 cup key lime juice (sold in bottles,or use regular lime juice)

Combine ingredients. You can add lime zest if you want for more tart flavor.
Pour into a crust.
Bake for about 25 minutes 350.
Cool then refrigerate. It will set more in fridge too. Top with whipped cream if you want, or dollop on the side...

Incredibly easy for a pie that tastes so good.
