Brownie Mix and Brownies

Make this brownie mix and you'll never have to buy a boxed brownie mix again!

6c all purpose flour
4t baking powder
4t salt
8c sugar
1 (8-oz) can unsweetened cocoa powder

Combine the ingredients in a large bowl. Store in an airtight container. Use within 10-12 weeks.

Our Best Brownies

1/4c butter/margarine melted
2 eggs, beaten
1t vanilla extract
2-1/4c BROWNIE MIX
1/2 cup chocolate chips or peanut butter chips (optional)

Grease and flour an 8in sq. pan. Combine butter, eggs, vanilla, and mix. Beat until smooth. Stir in chips. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 30-35min at 350, until edges separate from pan.
