5 1/2c confectioners sugar
2 sticks butter
2c peanut butter
Mix with hands. Roll into ~3/4" balls. Melt 1 - 12oz semi-chocolate chips (can also use some butterscotch chips to have 2 different ones). Dip the balls into the melted chocolate. Place on wax paper to cool.
